Paint Shop Pro PDF Downloads (& Plugins) Terms
Should any of my PDF Download Pages be passed onto others; (by this I mean non-purchasers),
in order to protect my Intellectual Property, I reserve the right to remove the page (s), without prior notice. Once the page (s) have been changed, I cannot pass them onto previous purchasers. It’s therefore very important to safely back up your downloaded PDFs as soon as possible.
Please Note, I cannot be held responsible for purchasers’ loss of PDF data due their computer failure, or their failing to back up PDF Downloads.
Purchasers have four weeks from date of purchase to download my PDFs and Plugins. If I have to change the Downloads’ URL within this time, (four weeks), I will email the purchasers the new URL.
On-line tutorials may not be linked to, or utilised for commercial use - nor used by on-line organisations, (groups, forums and blogs etc); either for commercial - or non-commercial use. PDF tutorials may not be passed onto others, or resold.
My tutorials are not hosted on other websites, nor do I host other people’s tutorials on my website.
On-line tutorials have been created in a Printer Friendly format, and students are welcome to print them for personal use.
